Normatec Recovery System provides dynamic compression therapy to help speed the body’s recovery process. Initially developed for medical patients with severe circulatory and peripheral vascular disorders, Normatec Recovery System is now one of the most effective recovery tools for athletes who want maximum performance recovery. The unique pneumatic waveform, which is exclusive to Normatec, is designed to externally compress the limbs in a way to mimic normal physiology, featuring a sophisticated pulsing, gradient, and distal release compression pattern between different zones.

You are seated in a comfortable chair reading, watching a movie, or simply enjoying the deep relaxing massage that will mobilize fluid and speed recovery. The system includes comfortable compression sleeves that treat the area of your choice. Choose between arms/shoulders, legs, or lower back/hip area.
Before the patented NormaTec Pulse massage pattern begins, you will experience a pre-inflate cycle during which the connected attachments are molded to your exact body shape. Similar to the kneading and stroking performed during a massage, each zone of the attachments will first compress in a pulsing manner and then release as the compression pattern works its way up your limb.
Normatec compression devices are suitable for everyday use. Many athletes like to use NormaTec to get the blood flowing for events such as: cycling race, marathon or 10K, triathlon, or CrossFit competition. Normatec may also be used after such events to reduce muscle soreness.
ZoneBoost™ allows you to increase the intensity of a single zone on your attachment by adding an extra 60 seconds of massage time as wells as 10mmHg increased pressure in the selected zone.
